Please note that due to increased demand during the Black Friday and Christmas season, some deliveries may take a little longer than usual, although most parcels still arrive within or close to this time frame.

Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ll gladly send you a free replacement. Please contact our Customer Support Team via our Contact Form and provide:

• A photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the damaged packaging

We’ll take care of the rest.
