How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your full name, email or order number.
- We’ll provide you with the correct return address and simple instructions for sending your product back.
- Re-pack the product securely, clearly write your order number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the return address provided.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Once we receive and check the returned product, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
